Despite having worked out for several years, I remain a faithful patron of GetMadFit and take pleasure in the diverse range of exercises they offer. Michael Katz has provided me with exceptional personal training services. After undergoing surgery to repair a broken leg, I began going to the gym and was fortunate enough to have Michael as my trainer. To ensure he was aware of the limitations of my injury, he carefully reviewed the X-rays and exercise routine provided to me by my physical therapist. Throughout our training sessions, Michael made adjustments to the exercises to monitor the pain and stress I experienced in the affected area. He also inquired about any range of motion or strength issues and developed exercises tailored to my specific needs, all while balancing the right degree of challenge and discomfort management. Michael is highly knowledgeable; he provides clear explanations of each exercise and offers practical nutrition advice.
