Despite having a challenging task at hand due to the poor condition of my home, she exceeded my expectations with her deep cleaning services. Furthermore, she managed to clean up after my 5-year-old child and pet bully pup with immense patience and a positive attitude. My house now feels like a welcoming and comfortable space once again. Sheila took immense care in executing the job at hand, with her team exhibiting a diligent, polite, and honest demeanor throughout. They consistently kept my deadline top of mind. Though we encountered several challenges throughout the project—including two days of torrential downpour—Sheila, Charlie, and Jack all maintained an optimistic outlook, and did not waver from their goal of completion. The inclement weather did cause some expected delays, yet Sheila insisted the job would be done in line with our commitment, and thanks to a tremendous final push, they delivered. The final product was beyond impressive. It was a true feat undertaken by an incredibly committed team who powered through with both passion and determination. What an admirable crew!
