To consult with our Water Treatment Specialist for repairs or system recommendations, there is a mandatory trip inspection fee of $289. This fee covers fuel and the time spent by our specialist for inspection, diagnostic, or determination of materials needed for custom installations or repairs. The inspection fee is normally $425, and it will not be waived. WATERBOY, a C55 Water Conditioning Specialty Contractor license #1067180, specializes in Residential & Commercial Water Filtering systems, Softeners, Conditioners, Media Replacements, Tankless Water Heaters, and maintenance, and repair. Our key repair staff is licensed in Water Treatment, Distribution, and Wastewater through California State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB), and we use certified Rinnai Tankless Water Heater repair technicians. We also provide handyman services for light plumbing, drain services, and more. Our hourly rate is $250 and prorated after the first hour at $62.50 for each 15 minutes.

Randy, without a doubt, provided me with the most exceptional service I have ever received from a professional. He arrived to install my entire home's filtration system and displayed an abundance of knowledge within this field. His expertise allowed him to connect everything seamlessly and correctly operate each filter. What was particularly impressive was the 3-way bypass he installed, which helped immensely with the debugging of my water issues. Despite some hiccups involving leaked resin within my piping, Randy went above and beyond by staying at my residence until 1am to fix the problem by thoroughly examining each appliance and faucet.
