Description:

I provide high intensity, high volume circuit training that promotes weight loss and strength gain through timed and counted exercises and strategic rest periods. My training incorporates the use of body weight, barbells, kettle bells, dumbbells, and machines. As a motivating trainer, I challenge my clients to exceed their comfort level and offer dynamic programming to keep workouts interesting and facilitate their continual progress towards their fitness goals.
