The service provided was superb, as the caregiver was extremely prompt in responding to messages and made sure to update us on her arrival time for our pet's care. Her passion for working with animals was quite evident, demonstrated by the way she interacted with our pet. Moreover, during her initial visit with Scout, she sent us pictures to keep us informed. This brought us a sense of comfort and peace of mind, as we knew our furry family member was in good hands.
