Walker is a sincere individual who is genuinely interested in helping you improve and strengthen yourself. I have not dedicated myself to learning the details of which exercises target which specific muscles, but Walker is extremely knowledgeable and motivates me to work hard which is fantastic. It's commendable how he interacts with his clients prior to starting the session and thoroughly addresses any questions or concerns afterward or whenever additional support may be required; it's a testament to his humanity. During the two months we worked together, I felt more comfortable in the gym, increased in size, and honed my basic equipment and lift execution with greater proficiency. His blend of professionalism, good-natured humor, and support to achieve my personal record is impressive. Additionally, he assisted with my backflip technique-- it's a no-brainer to work with Walker.

My initial interaction with Coach Walker was through running, as I competed in cross country and track events at Drake University. Twice a week, Coach Walker encouraged us to exercise and perform at our best, providing invaluable training to work on various muscle groups.
After I discontinued my time as a runner, I committed to Coach Walker's programs full-time, and I have witnessed remarkable progress in my strength, knowledge, and overall wellness. His communication skills have been exceptional, as he works closely with me to understand my objectives and designs a training regimen tailored to attain them.
Before starting his training in the past fall, I weighed 155 lbs and was only able to bench press up to 170 lbs despite standing tall at 6’1. However, following summers dedicated to his program, I have reached a weight of 190 lbs with the same height, and can easily bench press up to 170 lbs.
