It brings me great pleasure to offer a reference for Kathleen Jarrett, who was an exemplary employee during her time with my companies. Kathleen worked with us full-time from 1999 until 2006, and part-time from 2006 to 2008. She was responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, including bookkeeping for two Virginia C Corporations, as well as handling tax reporting to state and federal agencies and our CPA. Kathleen expertly utilized Quickbooks to track and bill clients, while also managing weekly employee time sheets and expenses, monitoring vendor invoices and payments, and accurately recording all client accounts receivable and deposits. Her attention to detail also included tracking and updating insurance and workman's compensation notices and payments, as well as ensuring all laptops, cell phones, distribution and maintenance records were up-to-date. Kathleen also flawlessly performed all secretarial and receptionist duties, and was gifted in typing with exceptional speed and accuracy. Additionally, she was responsible for handling the billing for the following corporations and clients: - International Electrical Corporation - Tech Resource Group International Electrical Corporation was a licensed electrical contracting company in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia from 1977 - 2006. Tech Resource Group, on the other hand, was a project management company and consultant for AT&T on their facility infrastructure upgrades in the Mid-Atlantic region from 1998 to 2008. Tech Resource Group also provided consulting and onsite project managers to GNP on the island of Grenada, where they were developing a telephone company and cellular network for the island and eastern Caribbean with connectivity to the US.
