One phone call was received to reschedule the initial appointment, which is understandable since people have busy schedules. However, the following two appointments were no-shows without any prior notification. While I understand the appointment holder's busy schedule, it's better to avoid scheduling appointments that cannot be met or at least inform me via call or app once there's any unavailability. Besides, I waited patiently for an hour and a half on both no-shows before giving up.
