I had a great experience with Braxson! He was very attentive and demonstrated everything he was inspecting while also detailing what repairs were necessary. I particularly appreciated the upfront pricing as it prevented any unexpected costs. After my old electrician became unresponsive, I turned to CrackerJack and hired two other professionals. Unfortunately, one of them was a no-show and the other only provided a temporary fix for one of my outlets, leaving me with two outlets that needed repair. Dealing with this was a major headache. Luckily, W3 Electric was able to identify and fix the faulty wiring, and they even guaranteed their work. While the price was slightly higher than I wanted to pay, it was a small price to pay for the peace of mind that comes with knowing the problem has been properly resolved.
