Specializing in classical singing technique, also known as Bel Canto, I offer vocal retraining services for professional singers, including those in the opera industry. I also train choir directors and orchestral conductors to improve their effectiveness with their singers. With several years of experience, I have helped many older singers in rediscovering their good technique. My students, who perform across the globe, come from a wide range of genres.
Being an expert in online teaching, I offer remote classes and assistance in setting up your ideal practice space. I am confident of delivering results in the first lesson and guarantee results. Known as “The Voice Geek,” I help singers solve their vocal challenges effortlessly. As an individual with both a Bachelors and Master’s degree in Music Performance, I can help with college audition preparation. I can also assist with several vocal issues, including pain or hoarseness when singing or speaking, trouble with breaks, both high and low notes, lack of confidence, and poor self-esteem.
In addition to voice training, I teach harp, Celtic/folksinging, elementary piano technique, songwriting, and music theory. There is nothing better than seeing the relief on people's faces when they achieve the seemingly impossible, hit that note, or sing that song.
Playing the harp with ease and without pain is another area I specialize in. While keeping a full performance schedule, I always make room for your special event.

As a seasoned singer, I arrived at Moira's studio with trepidation, yearning to rejuvenate my passion for music and regain confidence in my abilities.
