Upon arrival, Johnny expertly installed a new bathroom exhaust fan, repositioned an old bathroom vanity light, and adeptly replaced it with a new one. When I realized an hour later that I had made an error in the placement of the light, Johnny graciously offered to reposition it without difficulty. Additionally, I am grateful that Johnny noticed a potential fire hazard stemming from an improper HVAC installation. Amazingly, he was able to repair my faulty heater, something the previous technician could not accomplish. After completing all of the work, Johnny reassured me that he would be available to address any future concerns.
