Greetings! My name is Blake Geiger, and I am the owner of Visual Impact Fitness, where I specialize in nutrition and fitness coaching. Since 2020, I have been passionately dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyle practices to my clients.
I believe that a combination of consistent exercise and a balanced diet can substantially improve one's health and wellbeing. My communication skills and flexibility in scheduling make me an easy person to work with.
With over a decade of experience working in the fitness industry, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise. My qualifications include a degree in exercise science from Towson University and certifications in personal training, corrective exercise, and performance enhancement from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Additionally, I have over a year's worth of experience as a physical therapy technician, which enables me to apply my Corrective Exercise Specialization to help clients undergoing post-rehabilitation recover, or assist with pre-habilitation.
As Baltimore's former Head Trainer for a personal training service, I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. My expertise lies in helping busy professionals achieve their goals quickly and efficiently.
My clients have seen impressive results, including weight loss, toning, better nutrition habits, and improvements in strength and endurance. Additionally, they have reported better sleep, mood, and reduced joint pain and anxiety.

Over the course of two years, I had the privilege of training with Blake and the benefits were immeasurable. He customized both the nutrition plan and exercise regimen to suit my individual needs. To be able to enjoy everyday activities with my grandchildren, I enlisted the help of Blake Geiger. My initial goal was to improve my stamina and strength, and now I have achieved much more.
