Vision Flooring was a great find for me as they repaired my faulty carpets. It turned out that the builder had installed them poorly, which caused bunching. However, the technician from Vision Flooring was able to explain the issue and offered a fix. He skillfully repaired the carpets in four rooms and left everything spotless. In my opinion, they are highly recommended!

Vision promptly confirmed my appointment and arrived on time to patch two holes in my master bedroom carpet, unlike VPR Flooring who let me down. They did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. Unlike other companies, they did not require extra carpet for the repair. They creatively used a small piece that was overlapping in my closet. Their service was remarkable, and I will definitely hire them again when I need new carpets in my bedrooms.
