For over a decade, I've been a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist. Previously, I worked for the Equinox organization, but with the onset of Covid, I became exclusively a virtual, one-on-one trainer. Even at 73 years old, I'm in the best physical and mental shape of my life. Helping others is my passion, just as I've helped myself overcome struggles with weight, poor nutrition, sleep, low energy, hydration, self-esteem, stress, anxiety, depression, perimenopause, menopause, post menopause, midlife tummy spread, stress fractures, IBS, and lactose intolerance. I'm not just talking the talk, I'm living proof that transformation is possible for you too. Forget the gym, machines, weights, and bands, our workouts will use things you have at home, such as tote bags, backpacks, water bottles, brooms, chairs, and towels. For nearly 2 years, Sharon has been my personal trainer, helping me recover from two separate broken bone incidents following a year of falls.
