His conduct was exemplary, exhibiting professionalism, courtesy, and vast knowledge. On three separate occasions, I had hired technicians to fix various issues, but all were unsuccessful. Nevertheless, Mike was able to repair my refrigerator's water dispenser and promptly diagnose my dishwasher's problem.
