Our technology uses advanced methods to remove stubborn dirt and grime from your carpets, upholstery, and tile/grout. Our commercial vacuum ensures that the cleaning solution is completely removed, leaving your surfaces clean, fresh, and sanitized without leaving any residue. The carpets will typically dry within 3 to 6 hours.
Our process for cleaning carpets and upholstery involves a dry shampoo that is combined with hot water, utilizing our professional, portable, and powerful equipment. Please note that this is not steam cleaning. Our services include a thorough cleaning of carpets, tile & grout, and hardwood floors, as well as applying sealant to the grout. We also specialize in cleaning upholstery (excluding draperies) and area rugs (with the exception of viscose). Our services also cover the cleaning of heating air vents and cold air returns (excluding HVAC licensed), as well as cleaning dryer vents with a Spin Duct machine accompanied by a Hepa vacuum. We do not provide any services on roofs, including repairs or maintenance to furnaces. We can only change filters and vacuum the inside of the furnace.
While we cannot move heavy furniture, we always strive to clean around any immovable pieces and move small, lightweight furniture. We are reliable, friendly, and honest, and we are happy to offer discounts to seniors (62) and military personnel. Our living room and stair carpet, as well as our dryer vent, received thorough cleaning from VIP Restoration Services. Out of all the carpet cleanings we've had, this was by far the best. The carpets are absolutely stunning. The garage connects to the carpeted living room, making it susceptible to accumulated dirt, but now it looks brand new. To our surprise, they even managed to remove my daughter's glitter glue from the carpet. Both Michelle and Tracey at VIP Restoration Services were professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. I had a great experience with VIP Restoration Services. I brought them my vintage rug for cleaning and they were extremely transparent about the level of damage and restoration work that would be necessary. Although they explained that a complete restoration probably wouldn't give me the result I was looking for, they recommended another professional in the area who could assist me. Michelle and Tracey exhibited great professionalism by promptly furnishing an outline of their plan and a schedule to cater to our requests upon our initial inquiry. They arrived 10 minutes ahead of time, bearing identity cards and masks as an additional courtesy. After fitting on booties, they swiftly inspected the stain and commenced the cleaning process to wipe away the stubborn 7-foot bacon grease blotch (as a result of my husband's oversight).
Upon completion of the task, they tendered their business card and later followed up to check on the appearance of the carpet. Their exceptional diligence impressed us, and we will undoubtedly employ their services again.
