The work done by Paul and his crew on our new tile, coping, and pool resurface was incredible. They were able to work in collaboration with our other contractors, adjusting their schedule and working around weather changes. We strongly advise VIP pools for any residential pool renovations. Paul is truly excellent!

Initially, I felt a lot of frustration towards VIP Pools for the length of time it took them to complete a job that should have been done weeks ago. However, they did come back to finish the job today. Although I'm not thrilled about the delay, the pool does look great now. I haven't received the final invoice yet, but Paul mentioned that he wouldn't charge extra for the work done. In case this turns out to be untrue, my review will be altered.

Three different pool repair technicians examined it, but none of them could identify the issue. He even arrived on a Sunday to redo the pool cleaning in time for my daughter's birthday party. His fees were both reasonable and prompt.

Paul successfully replaced the pump motor despite the client's request for a variable speed motor. Although he attempted to locate one, he settled for a single-speed motor which functions well.

Although the two technicians were knowledgeable and professional, I can only give four stars because they arrived after 5pm for a 2-4pm time slot. However, they did an excellent and thorough job, and we plan to hire them again in the spring to open our pool.
