As of June 15th, 2020, both online and in-person violin and viola lessons are available, with guidelines and requirements in place for face-to-face lessons, including the use of masks and social distancing. While most students have chosen to continue with online lessons, some have opted for in-person or a combination of both.
As an experienced instructor with a proven track record, I can help you achieve your violin and viola goals in a comfortable and positive environment, regardless of your aspirations or motivations for taking lessons. Many of my students have been accepted into local honor orchestras, youth orchestras, All-State and Western Orchestras, and some have even received music scholarships to college.
I hold a music degree from DU's Lamont School of Music and am certified in the Suzuki Method as well as workshops for books 1-4 of the Mark O'Connor American Violin Method. I offer locations that are convenient with easy access, meaning you won't have to spend a lot of time driving through the neighborhood to arrive. My students enjoy their lessons and learn to play well, as I understand that each individual has unique reasons for playing.
