Their response time is impressive and they offer excellent service. Although I do have a recurring issue with spiders, Vinx has assured me that they will return to treat the area again in two weeks if the granules do not completely eliminate them. This demonstrates great service and a commitment to resolving the issue. The aftercare solutions are also highly appreciated.
