Chuck was the first contractor we contacted after reading some reviews. He promptly responded to our message within 24 hours. He visited our older outdated home, which we recently bought, to take measurements a couple of days later. Chuck presented us with an estimate the following day and was able to start the project right away. We were thrilled with his punctuality, professionalism, creativity and friendly nature. Chuck was joined by our designer to work on the design and vision we had for the project. He kept us informed of any issues that arose and their related costs and timing by email, text, phone calls or in person. Chuck’s crew was equally professional and friendly. We had an infant and anticipated our second daughter's arrival, so they kept us informed when the site got too noisy or dusty, which we appreciated. Although there were a few minor setbacks along the way, each task was completed within our timeframe to our standards, which were important to us. Chuck brought our open concept First Floor and Laundry Room vision to life in the most beautiful way. We couldn't be happier with his work!
