My personal philosophy is to persist and never surrender. As a versatile individual working in the areas of modeling, acting, and business, I strive for a comprehensive personal development that encompasses both refined aesthetics and grounded wellness. My drive to exercise begins with a determined mindset, as physical growth stems from intellectual and spiritual depth. My regimen encompasses an array of training methods I have gleaned from my experience with dance (including seven years of contemporary and ballet), athletics, yoga, pilates, mountain skiing, and gymnastics. Rather than aiming solely for a superficial appearance, my goal is to cultivate a fit and inspired physique. I also prioritize analyzing and fulfilling my nutritional and individual objectives. Ultimately, I create a positive atmosphere that fosters truly great energy.
