- Diagnose water chemistry issues such as scale build-up, cloudy water, and strong smells
- Handle electrical issues and GFCI breaker problems
- Do a full maintenance cycle, deep clean, and inspection on a hot tub of unknown age
- Provide annualized maintenance plans for home or airbnb hot tubs
- Inspect a hot tub before purchasing a home and let you know of any issues
- Provide honest and transparent communication throughout the process

Tom is a highly skilled expert. I encountered an issue with my hot tub as it kept shutting down by itself and needed me to restart it. The external GFI seemed to have overheated too. Upon calling Tom, he promptly arrived and thoroughly examined the hot tub. As I had to leave for a medical appointment, Tom kept me updated via text message and provided instructions for me to follow. After replacing the GFI, my hot tub is functional again. Much gratitude to Tom for his assistance.
