Our hall closet now has a beautiful shelf unit, thanks to Viking Handyman, who exceeded our expectations. Upon submitting a drawing of our requirements, he promptly prepared a quote and brought all the necessary materials for the job. We were impressed with his on-site workshop, allowing him to customize pieces as required. Additionally, we appreciated him changing the plan when he realized that drilling into our apartment wall could pose a risk. The final output was exactly what we envisioned. A noteworthy point would be to factor in additional time for the job as Viking Handyman is a one-man team with occasional delays. However, he willingly stayed for a few extra hours to complete the work. His professionalism, courteousness, and fairness make us highly recommend his services.

I reached out to Eric for the removal and installation of a new floor. He promptly replied and displayed exceptional professionalism, expertise, politeness, and willingness to complete the task within a limited time frame. Regrettably, my real estate agent employed her own team without informing me beforehand. Thus, Eric won't be carrying out the task. However, I would unhesitatingly contact him again in the future based solely on my conversations with him.

Shortly after I put in my request, Eric reached out to me and within the same week, we set up an appointment. He kept me informed of his delayed arrival due to a previous appointment. Once he arrived, he promptly got to work installing a complex closet system with great skill. My husband asked if he could also rehang the doors and Eric graciously made time for it. He even provided a helpful suggestion on the closet layout which turned out to be a success. Eric worked efficiently, maintained cleanliness, and tidied up after himself. I highly recommend him.
