We provide professional videography and photography services at a flat day rate for events up to 8-10 hours. If your event lasts longer than 10 hours, we will stay for additional hours at no extra cost.
Our packages and rates are as follows:
- $1,200 for unedited digital files of photography or videography. - $2,000 for edited photography or videography, including an edited highlight video, two DVDs or Blu-ray discs or for photography, photoshop enhancements for selected photos plus a photo album containing 200 prints. - $3,000 for both photography and videography with editing, along with DVDs and a photo album with 200 prints provided.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for all reservations. Half-day rates and location discounts may also be available, which will be specified in your quote along with any details on digital photos and footage or prints provided.
We offer free aerial drone photography, 360-degree videography, wireless Sennheiser lav recording, backdrops, lighting, and teleprompters upon request. We have the best equipment, including heavy-duty Manfrotto tripods, 4K cinema cameras, LED RGB lighting systems, and gimbal for mobile filming, among others.
We are a team of experienced cinematographers and photographers who have handled thousands of events, including feature films, cable TV commercials, and weddings.
With our services, you will get one full day of photography and/or videography along with a photo album with 200 prints and an online backup. You will also receive an edited highlight video on a DVD or Blu-ray disc or an external hard drive with backup footage on YouTube. You own the copyright to your videos and photos, so we won't require you to buy prints from a specific lab.

The team at Vidart, led by Michael, exceeded our expectations with their exceptional work. Our video resembled a high-budget Hollywood production, and everyone involved was prompt and had excellent communication skills. Last November, we tied the knot and booked Vidart at the eleventh hour- only a few days or a week at most before the ceremony. And, boy, are we glad we did! Having a video to reminisce about our special day is everything to us. What's more impressive is that Vidart captured everything from the grandeur of the decorations to the subtlest details. The one-minute clip he created was exquisite, especially as he used our first dance song as the soundtrack that touched our hearts. Plus, the cost of his service was incredibly reasonable. He arrived on time and even extended his stay to accommodate us. Our only regret is that he wasn't there for the entire evening.

Vidart is absolutely amazing! Initially, we had arranged to hire a videographer for our daughter's wedding through a third-party that they had recommended. However, the videographer cancelled on us just a few days before the wedding and demanded three times the original price, claiming that they had a more lucrative job offer. This was unacceptable to us since we had not reserved a year in advance only to be subjected to such a bait-and-switch scenario. Consequently, we contacted no less than a dozen companies in search of a replacement. Fortunately, Erin from Vidart responded and assured us that they could accommodate us at the last minute. To our surprise, not just one but two videographers arrived an hour before they were due and consulted with everyone about the shots they desired. They did an exceptional job! Moreover, they provided us with a virtual reality camera at no extra cost. The device was tiny and unobtrusive, yet it captured the wedding vows, dances, and all the other memorable moments perfectly. This feature delighted my daughter, who can now relive her big day as a living memory. My son-in-law is thrilled too since he can show the wedding to friends who couldn't make it, using his phone. The virtual reality technology is so immersive that it gives the viewer the sensation of being present in the room. The wedding was a resounding success, and we're grateful to Vidart for stepping in at short notice and doing an outstanding job. Although we don't have any more daughters getting married, we'll happily recommend Vidart to our friends who do. Thank you once again!
