Cheryl is the answer! When we had to move unexpectedly, during the middle of our first child's pregnancy, we had to downsize to an apartment half the size of our single-family home. With the daunting task of getting rid of almost half our furniture and designing our new living space, we knew that professional assistance was required. Following research on multiple interior designers, we discovered Cheryl, and after our first telephonic conversation, we decided that she was the one for us. With her expertise, creativity, and easy-to-talk-to personality, we knew that she would be an excellent fit. From the very beginning of our move, Cheryl provided instructions and support throughout the relocation process. She came to our house and assisted us in deciding what furniture to keep or sell, surveyed our new living area, discussed design strategy during downtown lunches, and even accompanied us on shopping trips for new furniture. Cheryl attentively paid attention to our requirements and created a space that embodied our personalities and felt like a warm home. As rookie parents, we never considered the importance of baby-friendly furniture, however, Cheryl made sure that our furniture would ensure the safety of our child. We consider ourselves fortunate to have hired her!

Cheryl was selected to undertake a significant project which involved redesigning a large kitchen and a powder room in a historic San Francisco family home. Following extensive interviews with several designers, Cheryl stood out as the most creative, well-organized, and thoughtful of them all, even outshining her competitors who boasted decades of experience, famous clienteles, and magazine features. Our expectations for the project were very high, with our budget for cabinets alone being $60,000. Despite the challenge of designing a modern and elegant kitchen that also harmonized with the century-old house's original woodwork and trim, Cheryl surpassed our expectations. She delivered multiple design options that were impressive, and her attention to detail was remarkable, down to the quarter-inch height of the crown molding and the color of the grout. The finished kitchen and powder room were stunningly beautiful, luxurious, and highly functional, all while managing to remain within budget. The only regret was not hiring Cheryl for the entire house remodel. Her creativity, warmth, kindness, and patience were exceptional, and we consider ourselves privileged to have worked with such a talented artist. We enthusiastically recommend Cheryl for any project, regardless of its size. She is undoubtedly the best available option.

As I prepared for my fifth move in recent years, I realized I needed assistance in creating a cozy and welcoming space in my new rental apartment.
