In December of 2022, amid freezing temperatures, I detected the sound of water running in the basement. Since Veteran Plumbing repaired our broken pipe several years ago, they have always been our top choice. This time, Jim replaced our 17-year-old water heater and Dennis assisted with bringing in the new unit and disposing of the old one. Jim ensured that the installation was up to code with the hot water pressure expansion tank and demonstrated to my husband how to maintain the tank, thereby extending the life of our new unit. He tidied up the area after finishing the work, and we have complete confidence in the high-quality job.
