I contacted Antoine regarding my 01 Mercedes key fob which had been chewed up by my dog. Remarkably, he replied almost immediately and diagnosed the problem with the fob. Furthermore, Antoine offered me a very reasonable price for a new one through ppm KB. Once I gave him my address, he arrived at my doorstep in under 20 minutes and got to work promptly and proficiently. I can't leave out how friendly he was.
