Hi, my name is Winston Wallace and I've been a professional mediator since 2007. My expertise lies primarily in resolving disputes related to family law and corporate finances. I'm located in Texas and obtained my education from Creighton University School of Law, with a focus on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, and a degree in Business and Finance. My success rate in mediation stems from my patient, persistent, and creative approach, as well as my ability to effectively negotiate with parties in conflict. I take pride in showing genuine care for each of my clients and will do everything in my power to help them find the peace of mind they deserve. I follow Roger Fisher and William Ury's "Getting to Yes - Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In" philosophy, which centers on finding Win-Win solutions instead of coercing parties into unsatisfactory agreements. By doing so, my clients are more likely to follow through with the agreements they make during mediation.

When I was faced with a problem with a Big-box store, I reached out to inquire about mediation services. Luckily, I found someone who was knowledgeable about the matter. At first, I believed that mediation was my only option for resolving the issue. However, after speaking with this individual, I received valuable advice on specific terminology to use when addressing the retailer. Prior to getting in touch with him, I had reached out to the Store Manager and Corporate numerous times but ultimately, my reasonable requests were not met. Following Mr. Wallace's suggestions, I spoke to another corporate officer and, finally, progress was made. I am extremely grateful for his guidance and highly recommend him for any similar situations.
