Great job, Gleyson and Vellox! Despite the hurdles posed by my CrackerJack post, Gleyson (owner) didn't hesitate to show up at 8 in the morning on a Sunday to tarp my roof. When I finally received the insurance check, I immediately knew that Vellox was the one for the job. To my amazement, the work was completed by the time I was back from work on 4/25/18. I left for work with a horribly damaged roof that was barely covered in tarp and had rotten shingles. But, when I came back, I was welcomed by a stunning roof, a spotless yard, and my wife's joyful face. Many thanks to both Gleyson and the Vellox crew!

I am currently anticipating the roof to be installed next week and it's amusing that the delay is due to the need for rain. Nevertheless, my experience with the service provider has been excellent. From the beginning, the customer service has been remarkable, the staff was kind and very committed to ensuring my satisfaction. They kept me updated on their progress while on their way to my home and were thoughtful throughout the entire process. We engaged the services of Gleyson to take out 3 large and heavy solar panels of the 1st generation from our roof, dispose of them, block off the 6 holes, and replace the shingles in those areas. After posting a CrackerJack ad on Saturday, Gleyson was the first to respond, and after agreeing on the job requirements, we hired him based on his impressive reviews and friendly disposition. He showed up on Monday to perform the job, and we are pleased with the results. While we cannot comment on the repair's integrity without significant rain, we can attest to his professionalism, dependability, and flexibility. We would gladly hire him again and suggest his services to others.
