Carlos cannot be relied on to fulfill his promises. Despite assuring me that he would address the various areas requiring further attention, he failed to follow through. To make matters worse, he painted my door navy blue instead of the original black, leading to a fine from my HOA. In light of my negative experience, I advise using caution if considering Carlos for any services.
