In summary, my experience with the company had a rocky start, but ultimately ended well. There is potential for improvement in their customer communication. After receiving estimates from four other contractors, Vanquish offered the best deal, and I was impressed with their work on my deck and fence replacement project. Pedro and his team were professional and approachable, always willing to explain the work being done and answer any questions I had. The entire project, including dismantling the old deck and fence and installing the new ones, was completed within the estimated timeline of one week, which I appreciated. I plan on using their services again for staining in a few months and highly recommend them.
