In 2021, Ricky undertook the renovation of our Piedmont home's exterior, which included adding an ADU. However, we received news in April 2022 that we would be relocating to Europe. Consequently, the interior restyling, which Ricky and I had planned, had to be done hastily. However, thanks to Ricky and his team's tireless effort, the project was completed on time and on budget, enabling our tenant to move in on August 1, 2022. Their commitment was unparalleled, working around the clock and even arranging subcontractors for cutting kitchen counters and refinishing hardwood floors. Apart from being a perfectionist, I am a relatively amiable client, and I must commend Ricky and his team for their outstanding work. They transformed my house from the "Ugly Duckling" on the block to one of the most delightful. Overall, Ricky and his team are reliable, skilled, and definitely worthy of repeat hires.

Valenz Construction did an incredible job on repairing, patching, and painting my ceiling. Despite the challenge of having a skylight and tall ceilings, Ricky and his team finished the project before the expected completion date.
