These individuals are punctual, dependable, and simply wonderful! They promptly reply to messages and calls and their work is exceptional! I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

While I appreciated the immediate response to my project request, I would have preferred a chance to speak on the phone before booking. This would have allowed me to get a better feel for the individual and discuss their experience with similar projects. As a first-time user of this platform, it was especially important to ensure a good fit. The price and timeframe for the furniture assembly were reasonable, and they were receptive to my input on adjustments to the space between bulbs. However, I think it would have been better to clarify that all parts of the project would be completed beforehand. I was also unsure why I was asked about lightbulbs, which highlights the importance of discussing project expectations in advance. Despite some delays due to weather and traffic, I was pleased with the end result and gave a rating of 4 stars. In the future, I will need to clarify if additional people will be present during the project and have a brief phone discussion beforehand to ensure we are on the same page.
