My initial impressions were spot on - the parking manager named Roman and his team of three attendants were a well-oiled machine. I was so impressed with their efficiency and professionalism that I felt comfortable leaving them to handle parking while I joined the party. I didn't see them again until the end of the night when the last guest's car departed, and everything had gone smoothly. I highly recommend V.A. VIP SERVICES to anyone in need of valet parking services. No need to look any further.

For my son's birthday party, we engaged V&A to serve as valets. Our driveway is steep and tricky, so we required both onsite parking and a shuttle from an overflow location off-site. Vlad responded promptly and forwarded a polished proposal an hour after we spoke. Their rates were competitive, and they arrived early to assess the site. The outcome was outstanding, and our guests were impressed with the convenience and elegance of having a valet. For any future event, I will employ V&A without hesitation and heartily endorse their services. Working with them was a great experience!

We engaged the company to manage our son’s sixth birthday party and were pleased to see their staff arrive punctually, appropriately attired and exhibiting professionalism. Although we had paid for a shuttle service which did not materialize, the attendants sprang into action and worked with the owner to resolve the issue promptly, ensuring our guests faced no inconvenience. Throughout the event, the attendants remained vigilant, careful with the vehicles, and exhibited unflagging professionalism. While some attendees had been vaccinated, we were unsure whether the attendants wore masks during their shift. Nonetheless, the entire process was executed seamlessly without any hiccups or cause for concern. We were impressed with the youthful crew's performance, and even our neighbors acknowledged their excellence. Consequently, the cost of this service was justified, leaving us fully satisfied.

The service provided left me feeling content. While I cannot say for certain how many of my guests utilized the service, the individuals who did were highly pleased with it. The sole issue I encountered was receiving the final bill indicating that the service had exceeded its allotted time. I acknowledge that this was not the fault of the valet. One improvement I might suggest is enhancing the visibility of the valet sign. Perhaps a small pop-up tent or additional lights on the sign itself would suffice. A few guests mentioned struggling to locate the stand. Despite this small critique, I am eager to utilize this service again for my future events.
