Instead, we use a permanent, one-part acrylic-based grout that has no pores and therefore never needs sealing. This grout won't shrink, fade, or crack like cement-based grout often does due to the planet's constant movement resulting in hairline cracks. Cracks in your grout are unattractive and can cause water and moisture to seep into the substrate behind your tiles, resulting in loosened or cracked tiles and ultimately requiring full replacement of the area.

When you sign up for our annual clean and reseal "Renew Service" for $150, we guarantee all grout replacement work for ten years. In addition, we offer our customers the necessary information to properly maintain their tile without needing to buy expensive products, ensuring that their tile looks as good as new for years to come.

To provide you with a firm quote, please include the following information: the type, size, and any damage to your tiles or grout. Also, if you have stone tile, it's essential to hire someone with personal knowledge and years of hands-on experience working with it. If a company offers sealant as an option, they may not know how to care for your tile properly.
