The team of three arrived promptly, even a few minutes early, on the next workday after we contacted them. The crew leader thoroughly assessed all possible interior piping routes - which aligned with my preferences - and we agreed on the most suitable option. They had all the essential equipment ready and functioning on their truck. To avoid any messes, they placed canvas runners to protect our flooring. Despite drilling through concrete floors and walls, their equipment produced little dust. They tidied up the work area beautifully. Even though the task presented some unanticipated complexities, we did not experience a hike in price. Furthermore, the custom-made pipe muffler effectively muffled the system fan, making it so quiet that we couldn't even hear it in the attic above our bed, even in the middle of the night.

During the job, they collaborated with me to troubleshoot the vent placement. While it would have been easier for them to install an external vent in the master bedroom wall or near the window, they accommodated my sound sensitivity and agreed to install an internal vent through the garage roof. The cost was transparently communicated and I appreciated that it was a fixed price, regardless of the difficulties they might encounter.
