The overall experience with Utah Flooring and Design was fantastic, from beginning to end. During the initial bid with Paul, we were given multiple options and appreciated his honesty with cost-effectiveness. The company's previously accomplished work was presented to us as well. The competitive quote and organized paperwork solidified our choice in them. Tara stayed in contact with us throughout the project, always ready to answer any questions. The floor sanding and finishing process was outlined in detail in the paperwork, making sure we had the smoothest experience possible. Jesse was our installer, and his 20 years of experience showed in his perfectionism and advanced machines that gave our 1920s hardwood floors a brand new look. Preserving the home's character was a priority, and Jesse achieved it flawlessly. Working with this company was a positive experience. The job was well done and the company was efficient with the installation, finishing one room in just a few hours. The flooring looks fantastic! While we encountered some problems, the team was able to work through them, and I am grateful for their help. The company acted with professionalism and was always there to assist. They followed through on their promises, although communication could have been better. Despite this, they were responsive, and everything was resolved satisfactorily in the end.
