Our personal experience with a clogged dryer duct inspired us to start Donald Duct. As a result of our neglect, the old dryer duct had deteriorated and required replacement. Upon examination, we discovered that the original duct was merely a flexible hose, and was not vented to the exterior, but rather was vented into the wall cavity. Therefore, a new external outlet had to be created for the new, sturdy duct, which Jon and his colleague successfully achieved on the same day. We enthusiastically endorse Jon's services and caution others to keep their ducts clean on a regular basis, which we will be doing moving forward.
