Eric was quick to respond when I reached out about our needs. He provided valuable information about Hawx's services. John was the technician who performed the work. He was punctual, courteous, and efficient. He initially checked the attic for any indications of a noisy rodent, but found nothing. John then went up to the roof to further investigate. Aslin and Nigel are my go-to professionals who have done an incredible job in my home. I had a recurring problem of mice entering my bedroom, and they discovered a huge gap under my shower. They also advised me to use steel wool to prevent mice from entering through gaps or cracks. I highly recommend Aslin and Nigel who were very kind and thorough in their work. ❤️😊
