The service provided was exceptional, from start to finish. They responded promptly and came out on the same day as requested, even after 5 p.m. They were meticulous, taking their time to ensure an excellent job on my carpet. Additionally, they provided a comprehensive estimate for steam cleaning the other floors and mattresses. I am incredibly satisfied with the quality of service. Even after 2 months, the carpet looks and smells brand new. I highly recommend their services.

I had the pleasure of using Tiger Paws for the second time and, just as before, I was thoroughly pleased! The team cleaned multiple carpets in various rooms and the results were stunningly beautiful in a very short amount of time. I was particularly blown away by how spotless the staircase was after the cleaning, considering it had been covered in enough cat hair to create a whole new feline companion. Adrian was extremely professional and polite, and working with him was delightful. I have no hesitation in recommending Tiger Paws to anyone, though I will definitely be hiring them again for myself.
