Fantastic Floors' Omar proved to be a stroke of luck for us as he presented us with an appealing bid and immediately commenced work. Our flooring project was somewhat intricate, involving the elimination of outdated, wrecked LVP, and laying up-to-date planks after leveling an aged subfloor. Omar completed the task commendably, and we are content with the final product. He meticulously toiled non-stop for two entire days. In summary, it was an excellent experience dealing with Fantastic Floors, but there are some aspects that could improve it even further: 1) more transparency and cohesion regarding the inclusion of quarter round/shoe moulding trim to conceal the gaps left by Omar in anticipation of the subfloor's expanding/contracting (and the trim replacement was part of the original quote) and 2) a more comprehensive cleanup service (with the disposal of surplus materials included) following the completion of the project.

Fantastic Flooring delivered an outstanding performance on all fronts. He completed a time-sensitive project with exceptional efficiency and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly endorse him and his services.
