Flamingo Pools is a business that does not honor appointments and ignores phone calls. Although I confirmed my Tuesday appointment on Monday night, they still failed to show up. Despite rescheduling for Thursday, they again failed to show up as promised. It is unacceptable to make unfulfilled promises as it reflects poorly on the business.
