The proprietor himself assessed the whole roof meticulously, discovering destroyed sections beneath and by the air conditioning system. He offered us a reasonable price to mend them and was prompt in answering our inquiries and phone calls. The company did not suggest a brand new roof as an alternative, which was an expensive suggestion provided by another company. The employees arrived on schedule and upon completion of their work, cleaned the work area carefully and combed the ground for any stray roofing nails with a magnetic tool. Their repair quality is outstanding; they didn't shy away from going above and beyond. We strongly suggest them and will undoubtedly utilize their services in the future.

The cost of addressing roof problems can vary greatly, as is to be anticipated. In many cases, the initial diagnosis is simply that a new roof is required, often with no specific leak identified. However, Ruben was able to inspect my roof, pinpoint the location of the leak, and complete the necessary repairs on time and according to schedule. While I have yet to confirm the success of his work due to a lack of rainfall, I have lived in Arizona for 40 years and have dealt with numerous flat roofs- the most troublesome kind. Unfortunately, many previous roofing professionals have left me dissatisfied for one reason or another. That said, if the need arises, I plan on reaching out to Ruben once again.
