If you haven't experienced an acupressure massage before, I highly recommend it. As someone who suffers from chronic lower back pain, I was pleasantly surprised by the almost instantaneous relief it provided. After the massage, I left feeling completely relaxed and pain-free. Additionally, the initial relief was significant enough to allow for effective stretching, further promoting my recovery.
