Today, Will did not show up for work despite requesting that I move him to the hired list. It was very disappointing as I took a day off from work to do a walkthrough with him. Reliability and communication are incredibly important, and Will did not display either. I reached out to him via call and text, but he failed to respond. If you are looking for someone who values your time, I would recommend not hiring him.
