Upon John Haines' return of my lawn mower, I immediately inquired about its remaining lifespan. To which he responded with an affirmative. Considering my mower's age of 15 years, I was impressed with the level of attention he gave towards the maintenance, cleaning every part to the best of his abilities. He also provided helpful advice, such as adding stabilizer to the gas tank. Thanks to his efforts, purchasing a new lawn mower isn't necessary anytime soon. John's help is much appreciated.

John’s professionalism was evident when he accomplished two tasks for me. Firstly, he repaired my riding mower, which had suffered from issues like a flat tire and difficulty starting. Additionally, he performed maintenance on the machine, including an oil change, installation of a shut off valve, and blade sharpening, among other things, to restore its functionality. His fees are reasonable, and the fact that he includes pickup and drop off service for the mower only adds to his value.

John is passionate about his work and is only satisfied when his customers are happy. He takes immense pride in his work and is a delightful conversationalist. Recently, I engaged John to repair my 12-year-old riding mower that had never been serviced apart from a few oil changes that I did myself. The mower required a complete overhaul and was in terrible shape. However, John worked his magic, and my tractor was almost restored to its original condition. Even though it's late in the season (November 2020), I have every confidence that my lawn will look great for the few remaining cuts. I highly recommend John for all your service needs. When he dropped off my mower, John noticed a small defect in a belt, which he promptly replaced, and he assured me he would also replace the other one at no cost. Furthermore, John spent an extra two hours at my home because I mentioned there was some slop in one of the pedals that he didn't have to deal with. However, after discussing it with me, he decided to fix it, and now it's as good as new. Although the cost of my repairs was a bit higher than expected due to expensive parts, John still picked up and returned my mower to my house at no additional cost. I highly recommend John for any service needs – he is an all-around fantastic person, and his work is flawless.
