Our collaboration with Hector was limited to completing a bid for our basement dig-out/remodel. However, his response to my inquiry for an update on the bid was disappointing. Hector's email, which made presumptuous remarks about my financial capabilities and failed to include an actual bid, left me feeling disheartened. He instead offered an overall estimate after a quick calculation. As a result of his unprofessional behavior, I am giving him a one-star rating. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on his previous work as we have decided not to continue working with him.
