With over 19 years of experience, I have performed more than 5000 inspections as a board-certified master inspector/instructor, and I am fully insured with E&O and liability insurance. In addition, I am a licensed Radon measurement professional in the State of Colorado and an associate-level real estate broker. As an objective third party in real estate transactions, I take pride in providing my clients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their biggest investment. My curiosity drives me to constantly learn and improve, while my extensive training and experience enable me to put my clients at ease.
