After performing the initial site assessment, this contractor did not provide any response, leading me to give them a rating of 3 stars. It is common courtesy for contractors to inform homeowners if they are not able to take on a project. Additionally, during the visit to my home, the contractor did not wear a mask, nor did they have one on hand. I had to kindly request that they wear one of my disposable masks due to my unvaccinated 2-year-old. It felt strange to have to ask a professional to bring and wear a mask when entering homes during the pandemic, and I wanted to note this aspect of the visit.
