The entire process, starting from Rustin's design blueprint to the final installation, was pleasant. However, the installation went beyond the initially projected completion time due to unavoidable factors. Although we encountered a problem with the pull downs after the installation, Rustin readily responded and resolved the issue within 36 hours. Consequently, we currently have a well-organized and functional walk-in closet, which is a significant transformation from the initial chaotic state. Rustin and Rick, we appreciate your services.
